Repair Process

Our team compiled this helpful list of our repair process as a guide for you.

1.   Receiving an estimate: Our professional staff at Malloy Collision Center will complete a written damage estimate to be presented to your insurance company. The estimate will include any parts needed for the repair. 

2.   Preparing your vehicle for work: Our technicians will remove the damage and look for any internal issues and give you a status update about what we found that may have been hidden. If an appointment Is made in advance, this status report and repair estimate may be provided at the same time.

3.   Repairing the body: We can get panels back in excellent condition by getting dents out, but when necessary, new panels are installed. 

4.   New paint job: The panels will then be primed and sealed and corrosion protection is applied to any formerly damaged areas. We will ensure the entirety of your vehicle is painted to provide a seamless look.  

5.   Clean up and delivery: After fresh paint is applied, we will clean your vehicle, do an inspection and a test to make sure everything is working correctly, and deliver your vehicle back to you.
